Cancel your contracts
Here you can cancel your paid Shalotte Premium subscription — simply, without giving reasons, and without logging in (§ 312k German Civil Code).
As a signed-in user
If you are signed in, manage and cancel your subscription directly via the customer portal. Cancellation is confirmed immediately.
Cancel by email
You can also cancel without signing in by a clear statement via email. Please include the following details so we can identify you and your contract:
- Your full name
- The email address on your account
- Contract name: Shalotte Premium
- The date on which the cancellation should take effect (e.g. end of the billing period)
